Vendor Sign Up
We love our vendors and they love us.
We charge a $25 vendor fee for a 10’X10’ area. Non-profit organizations can ask for a fee waiver.
This is an outdoor event and no electricity is provided.
No direct food sales are allowed (items intended to be eaten during the event).
You will need to provide your own tables, tents, chairs, etc.
Set up will be from 9-10:30 am. The event is from 11-3.
Breakdown will be from 3-5 pm. Please do not break down before 3 pm.

No Refunds after April 30, 2026
The Abingdon Day committee reserve the right to refuse any vendor application.
Payment Options:
Credit card - payments can be made at Abingdonchurch.org. Choose “vendor fee” from the drop down. Enter $25 and check the box to includes the credit card fee (it totals $26.01)
Check - Make check payable to “Abingdon Episcopal Church” and put “Vendor fee” in the memo line. mail to P. O, Box 82, White Marsh, Virginia 23183
Cash - Please bring it to the church office which is open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM until 2 PM and located at 4645 George Washington Mem. Hwy, Hayes, VA
