Abingdon Day 2026

Vendor Sign Up

We love our vendors and they love us.

  • We charge a $25 vendor fee for a 10’X10’ area. Non-profit organizations can ask for a fee waiver.

  • This is an outdoor event and no electricity is provided.

  • No direct food sales are allowed (items intended to be eaten during the event).

  • You will need to provide your own tables, tents, chairs, etc.

  • Set up will be from 9-10:30 am. The event is from 11-3.

  • Breakdown will be from 3-5 pm. Please do not break down before 3 pm.

  • DEADLINE: April 30, 2026 

    All payments must be received by 5 PM on April 30, 2026  - see options below

    No Refunds after April 30, 2026

The Abingdon Day committee reserve the right to refuse any vendor application.

Payment Options:

  • Credit card - payments can be made at Abingdonchurch.org. Choose “vendor fee” from the drop down. Enter $25 and check the box to includes the credit card fee (it totals $26.01) 

  • Check - Make check payable to “Abingdon Episcopal Church” and put “Vendor fee” in the memo line. mail to P. O, Box 82, White Marsh, Virginia   23183 

  • Cash - Please bring it to the church office which is open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM until 2 PM and located at 4645 George Washington Mem. Hwy, Hayes, VA
