We love our vendors and they love us.
We have accepted all the vendors for our 2025 event. Please use the form below if you would like to receive information in January about our 2026 event.
We charge a $25 vendor fee for a 10’X10’ area. Non-profit organizations can ask for a fee waiver.
This is an outdoor event and no electricity is provided.
No direct food sales are allowed (items intended to be eaten during the event).
You will need to provide your own tables, tents, chairs, etc.
Set up will be from 9-10:30 am. The event is from 11-3.
Breakdown will be from 3-5 pm. Please do not break down before 3 pm.

The Abingdon Day committee reserve the right to refuse any vendor application.
